1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "ph799" refers to the online gaming platform operated at ph799.cam and all associated services, features, games, and promotional offers available through that platform.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by a Player on the ph799 platform, through which the Player accesses games and services.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers an Account or accesses ph799 in any capacity.
• "Balance" refers to the total sum of deposited funds and winning credits held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to non-cash credits granted by ph799 through promotional offers, subject to separate wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and document verification process that Players must complete before withdrawals are permitted.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body that regulates gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Restricted Territories" refers to jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law and from which ph799 does not accept registrations.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds or a combination of deposit and bonus must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is established.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ph799 platform, registering an Account, or making a deposit, you expressly confirm that:

• You have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them;
• You have read and accept the ph799 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that losses are possible;
• You accept that ph799 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with amendments effective upon publication on ph799.cam.

3 Eligibility

Access to ph799 and the creation of an Account is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

3.1 Age Requirement

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on ph799. Registering multiple accounts per person, per household, per IP address, or per device is prohibited. Breach of this policy will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.4 Employee Exclusion

Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of ph799 and its affiliated companies, technology providers, and game suppliers are not permitted to register or play at ph799 unless expressly authorized in writing by ph799 management.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money games and services at ph799, you must register a Player Account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number;
• Maintain and update your registration information to keep it accurate and current at all times;
• Select a unique username and a strong password that you will keep confidential;
• Not share your Account credentials with any other person or permit any other person to access your Account;
• Notify ph799 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account by contacting support via live chat or email.

ph799 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Account registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to ph799 services.

5 KYC & Identity Verification

ph799 is required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR guidelines to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification may also be triggered at any point during your membership at ph799's discretion.

5.1 Required Documents

To complete KYC verification, Players must provide at minimum the following documents:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC ID, Voter's ID, or Postal ID);
• Proof of current residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate);
• Where requested, proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing name and mobile number).

5.2 Verification Outcomes

Until KYC verification is successfully completed, withdrawal requests will not be processed. ph799 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on an Account pending verification. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within thirty (30) days of a verification request may be suspended.

6 Deposits & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on ph799 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits:

• GCash mobile wallet
• PayMaya (Maya) mobile wallet
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) online banking
• BDO (Banco de Oro) online banking
• Metrobank online banking
• 7-Eleven CLiQQ payment kiosks

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ph799 does not impose deposit fees; however, your payment provider may charge its own transaction fees, for which ph799 accepts no responsibility. Deposits are typically credited to your ph799 Account within seconds to a few minutes depending on the payment method used.

7 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be completed and approved prior to the processing of any withdrawal;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, wherever technically feasible;
• Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours are typically processed within one (1) hour; requests submitted outside business hours may take up to twenty-four (24) hours;
• ph799 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard GCash and PayMaya payouts. Fees applicable to bank transfer withdrawals are disclosed at the point of withdrawal request;
• ph799 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing large withdrawals as part of its fraud prevention and anti-money laundering procedures.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

ph799 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time the offer is communicated:

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they become withdrawable as real money. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Only real-money wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements — wagers placed using Bonus Funds themselves do not qualify unless specifically stated.

8.2 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories at ph799 contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games, bingo, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage. The exact contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

8.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses issued by ph799 carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered through in full by the expiry date will be removed from the Player's Account without compensation. It is the Player's responsibility to monitor bonus expiry dates.

9 Gaming Rules

All games available on ph799 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game interface. In addition, the following general gaming rules apply across all games on the ph799 platform:

• ph799 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all virtual games. RNG outcomes are statistically independent and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party;
• Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in a studio environment. Game outcomes are determined by physical dealing procedures captured on camera and streamed in real time;
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be declared void and all wagers refunded to participating Players. ph799 is not liable for any claimed winnings arising from a technical error or malfunction;

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on ph799 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with ph799 games or the platform interface;
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including but not limited to poker, bingo, or live table games;
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime through ph799;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or ph799 platform operations;
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology to misrepresent your geographic location for the purpose of circumventing ph799 access restrictions.

11 Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, game assets, and other materials available on ph799.cam ("ph799 Content") are the exclusive property of ph799 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ph799 Content solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any ph799 Content without prior written authorization from ph799.

12 Responsible Gaming

ph799 takes responsible gaming seriously and is committed to supporting Players who may be experiencing difficulty managing their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players directly from their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ph799 Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for your gaming sessions after which you will be automatically logged out;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a chosen period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from ph799 by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion is permanent and irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph799 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from gambling activity, including but not limited to losses sustained through game play at ph799;
• Interruptions to platform access caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, network outages, or third-party system failures;
• Unauthorized access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain password security;
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages of any kind arising from your use of ph799 services;
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game information or promotional materials, provided that material errors are corrected promptly upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ph799's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be legally excluded under Philippine law.

14 Account Termination & Suspension

ph799 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months — Players will be notified by email prior to inactivity account closure;
• A Player's voluntary request to close their Account or initiate self-exclusion.

Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance remaining after deducting applicable fees and Bonus Funds will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, provided all KYC and compliance requirements have been met. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon Account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of ph799 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players agree to first submit any dispute to ph799's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our customer support team in writing. ph799 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

16 Amendments to These Terms

ph799 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph799 will notify registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the ph799.cam homepage. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of ph799 services after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using ph799 and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.
